Sales
Hotel Sales Representative
Full-time · Bangkok, with visits to hotels
Help hotels, resorts and guesthouses discover Sookzaa and start selling direct.
What you'll do
- Find and contact hotels by phone, LINE and in person
- Show hotel owners the Sookzaa dashboard
- Follow up and close the sale
- Stay in touch with hotels after they join
What we're looking for
- Good Thai; English is a plus
- Friendly and confident on the phone and face to face
- Sales or hotel experience helps, but is not required
- Self-motivated and works independently

Customer success
Onboarding and Training Specialist
Full-time · Bangkok
Set up new hotels on Sookzaa and train their teams, in Thai.
What you'll do
- Move rooms, rates and guest lists from Excel into Sookzaa
- Train front desk, housekeeping and owners
- Answer hotels' questions on LINE and by phone after go-live
- Pass hotel feedback to the product team
What we're looking for
- Excellent Thai; English is a plus
- Patient, and explains things clearly
- Hotel front-desk experience is a big plus
- Organised, and comfortable with computers and spreadsheets

Engineering
Hospitality Software Engineer
Full-time · Bangkok
Build Sookzaa: the room chart, guest chat, direct booking and AI.
What you'll do
- Build web app features for hotel staff and owners
- Connect WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, LINE and payments through APIs
- Build multilingual flows for Thai and international guests
- Bring AI into guest chat and daily hotel work
What we're looking for
- Experience building web apps or SaaS products
- JavaScript or TypeScript, plus Node.js or Python
- Supabase or PostgreSQL is a plus
- AI APIs or n8n is a plus
