Do I need to install anything?
No. Sookzaa runs in a web browser, on the front-desk computer and on a phone, so owners can see their hotel's numbers from anywhere.
Can you move my data from Excel or my old system?
Yes. We set up and move your rooms, rates and guest data from Excel for free. If you use another system today, send us what it can export and we'll take a look.
How does Sookzaa help with TM30?
Properties must report foreign guests to Immigration (TM30). Sookzaa prepares the foreign guest details from the booking, so staff don't re-type them one by one. The report itself is still submitted through Immigration's usual channels.
Can it issue Thai tax invoices?
Yes. Issue Thai-format tax invoices straight from the booking.
How much does Sookzaa cost?
